Chef Andrew of Wedding Cakes by Design
Chef Neide of Wedding Cakes By
Design began his culinary career as a teenager, when he worked
in his aunt's bakery. He went on to graduate from culinary arts
school at the top of his class.
He has been an Executive Pasty Chef for fifteen years and has
worked at some of the best establishments in the Philadelphia
region, including Le Bec-Fin,
Wilmington's
Hotel duPont, and Culinary Concepts.
He has been featured in Philadelphia Magazine's Elegant
Wedding magazine and in the New Jersey Courier-Post for his
creative desserts.
As wedding cake consultant, he created and designed a variety of
unique and elegant wedding cakes at
Classic Cake Company in Cherry Hill, NJ. There, he continually
developed new styles, created custom cakes, and perfected his
unique
White Elegance Boxed Wedding Cake.
Currently, Chef Neide is Executive Pastry Chef at the
Loews
Philadelphia Hotel in Center City.
He also teaches classes at the Learning Studio in Cherry Hill,
New Jersey and has taught at Kitchen Kapers
yet still has the time to provide exemplary service to each and
every bride and groom..
